The Founder Chairman of Amanat Shah Group, Mr. Mohammad Helal Miah was born in 1961 in a prosperous Muslim family. He is the second generation of his family business legacy and is the pioneer of turning the country's traditional clothing industry into a global brand. Having more than 35 years of experience in the Textile industry, he has expanded the business in different sectors. His business norms and ethics, his vision and hard work have made him one of the most successful entrepreneurs and a leader in the textile industry.
The tree that I planted a few decades back is now full in fruition. I am leaving behind me the legacy of an excellent young generation, the generation that I have groomed with the values of the past, efficiencies of today, and preparedness for tomorrow. Mr. Rezaul Karim is the Honorable Director of Amanat Shah Group and one of the young leaders of the ASG family. He was born in 1990. He has completed his graduation from a reputed university in the country and finished his post-graduation from 'Hult International Business School – USA.'
REZAWAN KABIR SHIHAB
Mr. Rezwan Kabir Shihab is the Honorable Director of Amanat Shah Group and one of the young leaders of ASG family. He has completed his BSc in Industrial & Production Engineering from a reputed Public Engineering University of the country. Since his childhood, he has been learning about the family business from his father, a legend & true veteran in the textile industry of Bangladesh.
MOHAMMAD KAMRUL ISLAM
Young entrepreneur and Director of Amanat Shah Group, Mr. Kamrul Hasan was born in 1986 and has been involved in the textile industry under the supervision of Mr. Mohammad Helal Miah for a long time. He has been helping his family business since childhood. He earned his BBA and MBA degrees in HRM.
MAHAMUDUL HASAN
Mr. Mahmudul Hasan was born in 1989. He has completed the Hifzul Quran and Darul Hadid and also completed his Bachelor's in political science. Besides his educational life, he has been involved in the family business since his childhood.
AKM AZAD
Another young member of the ASG family, Mr. AKM Azad was born in 1991. He was very dedicated to his education and earned his BBA in INB & FIN, MBA in RMG, MS in Marketing, and Diploma in Social Compliance. Now he is thoroughly engaged in the family business to lead it to the next level.
MIAH MD. JUBAYER AMIN
Mr. Miah Md. Jubayer Amin is the Honorable Director of Amanat Shah Group and one of the youngest leaders of ASG family. He is graduating on BSc in CSE from a reputed University of the country. Since his childhood, he has been learning about the family business from his father, a legend & true veteran in the textile industry of Bangladesh.
